1. Purpose:

4-68, B4-68, F4-68 medium and high pressure centrifugal fans can be used for indoor ventilation and air exchange in general factories and large buildings. It can be used to input gas or output gas. The transported gas should be air at 80 ℃ and other non self igniting, harmless to human body, and non corrosive to steel materials. The gas must not contain viscous substances, and the amount of dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150 ㎎/m ³.

The performance, selected components, and foundation dimensions of B4-68 fan are consistent with those of 4-68 fan, and can be selected according to its sample.

The F4-68 fan is made of stainless steel and fiberglass material for transporting corrosive gases, and its performance and foundation size are the same as the 4-68 type.

2. Form

When viewed from the side of the motor, if the volute rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone machine, represented by "right"; if the volute rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left cyclone machine, represented by "left".

The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The 4-68 type fan No. 2.8-6.3 is manufactured in one form, and the user unit installs it in the required air outlet position according to the requirements. It is not necessary to specify it when ordering; The adjustment range for the position of the air outlet from 8 to 12.5 degrees is 0 ° to 225 °; The interval is 45 degrees. 3. Structural characteristics

The NO.28-5 in the 4-68 type fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet air and other parts matched with a direct connected motor. NO.8-20 has not only the above-mentioned parts, but also transmission parts, etc.
